A number of hotel rooms of different categories and rates have been reserved in Berlin and the surrounding areas for the WSP Congress.
As a service for Congress participants, BioMedia will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge. There are different hotel room categories, ranging from 3 to 5 stars, as well as Residences.
City tax is not included and must be added to room rate.
The rates for single and double occupancy differ. Some hotels require a minimum stay.

Individual reservation
Due to limited room availability in Berlin, we advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group reservations
For group reservations, please contact BioMedia by email for further information, providing the requested number of rooms, hotel category and preferred location if possible.

Payment and confirmation
Individual reservations (up to four reservations)
Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit have be received, corresponding to:

• 3 Nights or less: full prepayment requested
• 4 Nights or more: a deposit corresponding to a 3 nights' stay is required

Please take note that you may be committed to a minimum stay per reservation (1 guest = 1 reservation) depending on the chosen hotel.
Any eventual extra and the city tax will have to be paid directly to the hotel before departure.


Cancellation policy

• Up to 90 days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel the 100% of the agreed total volume
• Up to 90 days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel the 100% of the agreed total volume
• Up to 42 days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel the 50% of the agreed total volume
• Up to 28 days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel the 25% of the agreed total volume
• Up to 14 days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel the 10% of the agreed total volume
• Up to 1 day days before begin/arrival date is possible to cancel max 3 rooms and/or 3 persons

Group reservations (five or more reservations)
Your reservations will only be confirmed once the deposit have been received:

Changes
Any modification or cancellation should reach BioMedia in writing via e-mail. Names can be changed without restriction.
